Data Deletion

Laramie Community Hub respects your privacy. This page explains how to request deletion of personal information you have provided to us.

What data we may hold

Laramie Community Hub is primarily an informational website. We do not offer user accounts or logins. The main personal data we may store is information you voluntarily submit through our contact form, such as:

• Your name
• Your message and any personal details included in it
• The date and time of submission

We may also receive aggregated or anonymized analytics through Vercel Analytics and advertising-related data through Google AdSense. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your contact form submission:

1. Go to our contact form.
2. Send a message with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Include enough information for us to identify your submission (for example, the name you used, approximate date sent, and a brief description of your message).

We will verify the request and delete matching records from our contact form storage within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or security reasons.

What we cannot delete

• Anonymous analytics data — Vercel Analytics does not identify individual visitors in a way that allows us to delete a specific person's records on request.
• Google AdSense / advertising cookies — Manage these through Google Ads Settings or your browser's cookie controls.
• Server logs — Hosting providers may retain short-term server logs for security and reliability. These typically expire automatically and are not used to profile visitors.

Facebook app (M&B Math)

If you use our Facebook app M&B Math, you may request deletion of data we collected through the app (such as your Facebook user ID, profile information, or Messenger interactions). Send a Data Deletion Request through our contact form and include “M&B Math” in your message.

You can also remove M&B Math's access to your Facebook account at any time in your Facebook Apps and Websites settings. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on app data collection.

Children's data

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 submitted personal information through our contact form, please contact us with a deletion request. We will promptly remove the information.
